    Legendary Lifestyle LLC reserves the right to decline, suspend, or terminate services if it is determined that a participant is under 18 years of age.

    Our Services

    Legendary Lifestyle LLC provides fitness, nutrition, and recovery education, coaching, guidance, and accountability. Results are not guaranteed and vary from person to person.

    Program Materials

    Program materials and content are provided for your personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, shared, distributed, or resold without prior written permission from Legendary Lifestyle LLC.

    Monthly Memberships

    For monthly memberships, you may cancel future payments before your next scheduled billing date. Payments that have already been processed are non-refundable.

    Required Participant Documentation

    Before beginning any program or coaching services, participants are required to electronically sign the applicable Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk Agreement and accurately complete and electronically sign the Health & Fitness Readiness Questionnaire.

    Legendary Lifestyle LLC reserves the right to delay or withhold activation of services until all required documentation has been completed.

  • At Legendary Lifestyle LLC, all purchases are considered final. Due to the planning, preparation, and resources involved in our programs and memberships, all payments are non-refundable.

    8-Week Programs

    All purchases of 8-week programs are non-refundable. Once purchased, payments cannot be refunded due to a change of mind, failure to participate, or inability to complete the program.

    Monthly Memberships

    Legendary Essentials and Legendary Continuation are recurring monthly memberships. Members may cancel their membership at any time to prevent future charges. Payments that have already been processed are non-refundable, and access will remain available through the end of the current billing period.

    Cancellation must be completed before the next scheduled billing date to prevent the next recurring charge.
